What can I sell on Goodnotes Marketplace?

You can sell all kinds of digital stationery — planners, templates, stickers, notebooks, covers, and so much more! If it helps someone get organized, makes learning more fun, or sparks creativity in Goodnotes, we'd be thrilled to showcase it on our Marketplace.

Can I sell my products on other platforms too?

Yes! You're free to sell your digital stationery on other platforms as well. We don’t require exclusivity.

What do I need to do to become a creator for Goodnotes Marketplace ?

Simply submit your sign-up form, share your beautiful designs with us, and we'll reach out to you for the next steps.

What’s the commission structure?

You'll earn a commission from each sale of your item. The exact rate will be outlined in your contract during onboarding.

Who can list and sell templates on Marketplace?

Anyone can created their own digital stationery and apply to sell on Marketplace! Simply submit your work through our sign-up form, and our team will help you get onboard if we find your product a great fit.

How and when do I get paid?

Creator payments are issued at the end of each quarter via direct bank transfer. You'll receive your total earnings from that quarter after all sales are finalized and processed. Please note that we don't currently offer PayPal payments.

Can I sell fonts, handwriting tools, or brushes?

Fonts and handwriting tools aren’t currently supported on Marketplace.

What makes a product successful on Marketplace?

Products with high-quality design, clear organization, practical functionality, and strong visuals (product thumbnail and gallery images) typically perform best. Items that align with seasonal trends or address productivity needs also perform exceptionally well.

Will I be able to see live sales data?

We currently share your sales data through monthly creator reports, and we are working on building an internal dashboard where you'll be able to see live sales data soon!

How long does the onboarding process take?

Our team will review applications within 5–10 business days after submission. Once approved, you'll be invited to sign the commission contract, after which you'll gain access to the Creator Studio where you can begin uploading your items. The entire onboarding process typically takes about 2–3 weeks.
