For years now, we’ve seen our community of passionate Goodnotes users online grow and grow. Now, we want to partake in that community too, and connect with digital note-takers all over the world.
To do that, we’ll need your help on the ground.
Start a local community: Become a brand ambassador in your region
We will be launching local communities in regions around the world to gather and connect on a personal level with our user community. We’re looking for people like you to become Goodnotes Brand Ambassadors and help us lead the charge.
Here are some of the things you’d be responsible for as a brand ambassador:
- Create spaces for people to connect. Host online and offline events to bring people together. Whether it’s an online study session or an in-person productivity talk, we want you to help us foster interaction between digital note-takers.
- Be the go-to Goodnotes expert in your region. You’ll be representing Goodnotes and will be acting as the resident expert. Answer questions, offer advice and share your experiences to support and inspire other users.
- Create content about Goodnotes. Found a great Goodnotes hack? Got some tips and tricks up your sleeve? Proactively create and share content to help those in your local community learn and make the most of the app.
- Share on the ground feedback back to the Goodnotes team. Be our eyes and ears in your region! Help us connect with users by relaying any feedback and insights back to us.
- Aim for monthly quotas for driving downloads. You’ll have tangible goals to work towards to not only spread the word about Goodnotes, but drive tangible revenue on the business side.

Who should be a brand ambassador?
Here are some of the traits we’ll be looking for.
You’re a passionate Goodnotes user. You’ve been using Goodnotes for over a year and would consider yourself to be quite the power-user.
You love meeting people and are a connector. You’re not afraid of approaching new people and tend to thrive in groups of people.
You’re a go-getter. You’ll be pioneering the first local community in your region for Goodnotes. We’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running with bright ideas and zeal.

Earn and redeem points for activities
You can work towards a pointing system and accumulate points for the activities you coordinate. Then you can exchange them for rewards like gift cards, speakers, headphones or even a new Macbook.
Meet industry leaders
As a brand ambassador, you will have the opportunity to meet speakers and leaders from different industries in exclusive workshops and events.
Connect your university societies/community with Goodnotes
Are you already part of a society or a community? As a brand ambassador, you will have the chance to host events and collaborate with Goodnotes.
Get a certificate of completion and a reference letter
For your term, you’ll receive a certificate to recognize your participation in the ambassador program, as well as a reference letter for your future career.
