How can I upgrade if I’m on the Goodnotes 5 plan?
You can try Goodnotes Essential, Goodnotes Pro or Goodnotes Special Edition with a 7-day free trial. If you purchased Goodnotes 5 before August 9, 2023, a discount on Goodnotes Essential or Goodnotes Special Edition will be automatically applied to your account. You can also keep using Goodnotes 5 if you prefer.
I already purchased Goodnotes 6. What plan am I on now?
All Goodnotes 6 subscribers are seamlessly converted to Goodnotes Essential plan, and all Goodnotes 6 One-Time Payment users are converted to Goodnotes Special Edition.
Can I still access my notes if I end my subscription?
Yes! You will go back to the Free plan if you end your subscription, meaning you’ll be able to edit 3 of your files, and will have view access to everything.
Is there a free trial available?
Goodnotes Essential and Goodnotes Pro offer 7-day free trials. AI Pass also offers a 7-day free trial for Essential users.
What’s included in AI Pass?
AI Pass gives you the full Goodnotes AI experience and is available as a monthly add on to the Essential or Pro plan, as it unlocks all Goodnotes AI features and gives you a much higher monthly quota for usage.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, refunds are available and depend on where you made your purchase. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store, please request a refund directly from Apple. For purchases made elsewhere, you can contact our support team through our refund form. For full details, please see our Help Center.
If I already purchased One-Time Purchase on Goodnotes 6, do I have to pay again for Special Edition?
No, you won't need to purchase Special Edition again! If you've already bought the One-Time Purchase plan for Goodnotes 6, your Special Edition license stays with you permanently when you're logged in with your Goodnotes Account and App Store account.
