2. Rewards

1. The Rewards are as follows per Event:
   1. 1 iPad Air valued at $599 (USD)
   2. 5 subscriptions to Goodnotes for 1 year valued at $9.99;
   3. There are no is no alternative rewards.
2. Sponsor is not liable for any damage or loss to the Rewards caused by any other third party. If the Rewards are damaged or fail to be delivered, we have no obligation to provide a replacement Rewards.

3. Eligibility

1. By taking part you (“You”, “Participant(s)”) warrant that you are:
   1. at least eighteen (18) years of age;
   2. a legal resident of the United States; and
   3. not an employee or the immediate family member of an employee at Sponsor.

4. How to Participate

1. To take part in the Giveaway you are required to attend the in-person campus event at your university, please see the list in Annex 1 below with the university names and dates we will be attending (“Event(s)”), and scan the QR code to download the Goodnotes app on your mobile device.
2. To make an entry you will need to pick one (1) ball from the machine by grabbing a ball with your hand. Winners will be determined at random based on the ball you select.
3. Winners will be informed that they have won the Giveaway when they open the ball and there will be information inside of it which states whether you have won one of the Rewards.
4. There is six (6) prizes in total and there will be a maximum of six (6) winners per Event.
5. Entries are unrestricted so the odds of winning will depend on the number of entries.
6. By entering this Giveaway following the steps contained in paragraph 4.3, 4.4 and 4.5 You acknowledge and agree that if You do not meet the eligibility requirements as set forth in paragraph 3 above, Sponsor has no obligations to You under this Agreement. Entries that do not comply with these Giveaway Terms and Conditions and above criteria will be void and will not be selected for this Giveaway.
7. This is a free-entry Giveaway, and You will not be asked to make any payment to the Sponsor.
8. Each participant may only submit one entry to this Giveaway, any entries which exceed this number will be void and will not be eligible in this Giveaway.
9. By submitting your entry, you confirm that You have read and understood these Giveaway Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

7. Notification of the results and receipt of the reward

1. The Rewards will be delivered to the winner at the Event.
2. You understand that you are fully responsible for picking up the award from the Sponsor at the Event on the dates listed in Annex 1 below.

9. General

1. You hereby release, forever discharge and agree to hold harmless Sponsor and all of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies and each of their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, and advisors, from and against any liability for any and all claims, demands, losses and liabilities of any nature whatsoever which you may now or hereafter be entitled to assert, including but not limited to any death, injury, loss of enjoyment, property damage, or other harm or loss of any nature, any claims based on publicity rights, privacy rights, personality rights, “moral rights,” or defamation, and any and all any taxes levied, assessed or collected, whether caused by, contributed to, arising out of, or otherwise related to this Giveaway, the Rewards, or your possession, acceptance, use, or misuse thereof, or my other acts or omissions in connection therewith.
2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we, our affiliates, suppliers, and distributors make no warranties, either expressed or implied, about the Rewards. The Rewards are provided "as is" without any warranties as to quality or performance.
3. The Sponsor is not responsible for any kind of computational, technical, or other similar error in the selection process, and the Sponsor reserves the right to cancel all or part of the contest and to declare a potential winner ineligible where the Participant has failed to comply with these Giveaway Terms and Conditions.
4. The Sponsor has the exclusive power to interpret the rules, and the Sponsor’ decisions regarding any and all matters related to the Giveaway, are final and binding.
