Hi everyone, I'm Chen Yijun, a math teacher at Zhonglun Senior High School.

Today I want to share with you an activity I've been using Goodnotes Classroom for to enhance interaction with my students.

Given the limited teaching time these days, I try to prepare some of the notes in advance so students don't have to spend time copying everything down. For the more important parts, I want the students to actively engage and deepen their understanding through writing, so I'll guide them through the key steps on the whiteboard or projector screen.

What's great about this is that I can have the students write directly on the digital notes, and I can view and annotate on their work in real-time. Since I can see each student's contributions, they tend to stay more focused in class, knowing that I'm closely tracking their engagement.

For concepts I want to quickly cover, I can just add my own explanations directly onto the notes. The students can access this file anytime, and often end up adding their own notes and questions as we go.

We can even design little quizzes or exercises right within the digital notes, where the students can input their answers synchronously during class. This allows for immediate feedback and comprehension checks.

One of the most useful features is the AI-powered analysis. After the students respond to a question, the AI can summarize things like how many students didn't answer, which answers were most common, and I can even dive into each individual's response. This gives me great insight to adjust my teaching on the spot.

That's just a quick overview of how I've been utilizing Goodnotes Classroom. I find it's a really powerful tool for boosting interactivity and engagement in my math classes.
